Mistakes happen. We get it.

Change of plans? Arrived at the location and there are no spots available? No problem.

We offer a full refund if you contact us under these conditions:
  • Any time up to one minute before your parking session is scheduled to begin.
  • Within the first 10 minutes after your parking session has started.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
